No upper age limit
The only age condition is a minimum of 18 years. There is no maximum, so you cannot be too old for this one.

Your age is measured on the cut-off date, not today — which is why knowing your age is not the same as knowing whether you qualify.

Age relaxation by category
This exam gives no category age relaxation.
Not «we do not have the data» — none is granted. The upper limit above is the same for General, OBC, SC, ST and PwBD candidates alike. A calculator that adds the usual +3 or +5 here would tell you that you qualify when you do not.
What the number above does not tell you
CTET itself has NO upper age limit — it is a qualifying certificate, not a recruitment. The age limit you are probably looking for belongs to the TEACHING VACANCY you apply to with that certificate, and that is set by the recruiting state or body.
